Cordelia's Canine Rescue would love to hear from you if you have an interest in becoming part of their Foster Care program!
A foster carer, cares for a rescue dog in their own home and treats them as part as the family, providing them with love, exercise, structure & if possible basic training.
Some dogs simply do not cope well being kenneled and really thrive in a home environment.
Cordelia's Canine Rescue cover all the required vet work prior to adoption such as vaccinations & de-sexing as well as providing the carer with flea and heartworm prevention treatment.
If you meet the criteria to become a foster carer the shelter will select a dog that is the most suited to you and your environment.
As a foster carer you will be provided with ongoing assistance and we will also screen potential homes for your foster dog.
