Codes of Practice

There is no set Codes of Practice for Private Rescues in NSW at this time but hopefully, this will be rectified in the near future so that Rescue can be somewhat more regulated.  

Most Rescues are run from private homes in a typical suburban area and they have Foster Carers who care for animals in their own homes (could be 1 or several depending on council permission).

The kennels here in Rouse Hill were orginally built as a professional Boarding Establishment and therefore done according to the Codes of Practice linked below.

Whilst not all of the Codes listed in the link pertain to Rescue, many do (and it's the only guide we have at present).
